Bringing the hands to the third eye center (Agna), offering the practice to clarity, wisdom, and intuition. Offering it all who have shone a torch for us and to those that look to us for guidance. The series is inspired by the namaste/namaskar bowing gesture we do at the start or at the end of the practice, a gesture of connection.
