Havening, the act of hugging yourself, every time i hug my legs and bring them close to my chest, there's this warmth, sense of appreciation, almost like I'm putting my emotions in their place. While doing this, sometimes I recite a simple mantra like “I deserve all the good out there” over and over, or sometimes I sing a song in my head.
